ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of Texas who is eighteen (18) years of age or older living within 200 miles of Houston City Hall in Houston, Texas. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, temporary employees, independent contractors and interns of Taste Magazine, and the immediate family members of each, and any persons living with, any such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

DEADLINES: The Sweepstakes begins at 11 p.m. CST Friday, January 27, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. There will be one(1) drawing with one winner each on Thrusday, February 2, 2012. The winner will receive a free yard display from Flamingos 2 Go.
No responsibility is assumed by Taste Magazine and Flamingos 2 Go for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
PRIZES: One winner will each receive one (1) Free yard display from Flamingos 2 Go. No substitutions, partial acceptance, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted. By participating in sweepstakes and accepting a prize, participants and winners will be deemed to have agreed to these Rules. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for all prizes with a retail value in excess of $600.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner selection shall take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. The winners will be selected by a random drawing from all qualified entries received by the entry deadline. Winners will be notified. If a winner is not reachable within forty-eight hours, an alternate will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining qualified winning entries.
