Introducing our new intern Alexis Worth

Here is a little bio from her: 
Honestly, I hate cooking.  However, I don’t mind watching others slave over hot a stove for hours. Caramelize, degrease, slice, marinate, peel, soak, puree, simmer: my head hurts, but my stomach is growling for food! Born and raised in the heart of Houston, I am studying Journalism at the University of Mississippi, and have a passion for all the exotic cuisines Houston offers locally. I feel it is my job to inform Houstonians and explore all tastes.  When I’m not chowing down on crawfish, Baba ghanoush and squirrel stew; I appreciate the smell of fresh rain, sepia colored   photographs, neat handwriting, classic cars and oldies music. Honestly, now I’m starving.
